Meet Helen

After 25 wonderful years of practicing chiropractic, I made the decision to retire in June, 2025.

I haven't stepped away from healthcare entirely. I will continue to provide massage therapy – in the form of RAPID-NFR. Hands-on healing has always been at the core of my work and I’m grateful to still offer this avenue of care and connection.

Whether you’ve come in for back pain, injury recovery, wellness maintenance, or just a little self-care, my decades of experience with the body enable me to confidently, efficiently, and quickly treat your pain.

 

My commitment to your wellness remains strong, just in a slightly different form.

I'm a mom to 3, a Gramma to 1 (I prefer to use the term "Goddess"), and a Great-Gramma to 3. I'm married, live on an acreage, and love to bomb-around in my Jeep.
